We encourage the staff to regard the hotel as home, pay attention to the development and maintenance of human resources, continuously make systematic, standardized and normalized improvement of the operation in all sectors of the hotel, formulate wages and benefits plan and build ability and performance assessment files. For staff training, we have formed the pre-job training, in-job training, post-job training and other training systems, and actively arranged the staff to participate in the vocational trainings organized by the National Tourism Administration.
